The best way is to flash a paranoid android google apps zip via recovery.
You need to be rooted with a custom recovery like TWRP or CWM installed. 

Installing Play Store apk directly will cause an error because play store is a system app and not a user app. Hence it cannot be installed like a regular app. 

Just google "pa gapps X.X" and download the zip file. 
X.X is replaced by your Android version. Make sure you flash the right version. 
Boot into recovery and install the zip. Depending on the size of the gapps package, various google apps will be installed on your device as system apps.

1- Download the Google Play Store 

2- Then put it in your memory card
